Bedugul is a mountain lake resort area in Bali, which local tourist have long used for weekend retreats. Bedugul area is located on the main north-south road between Denpasar and Singaraja , exactly in Tabanan regency, around 48 kilometres north of the city of Denpasar. Bedugul is an excellent base for walking trips around the lakes and surrounding hills.

Bedugul is also a center of horticulture.Around here you will find 3 lakes, Bratan, Buyan, and Tamblingan (twin lakes). Bratan, the largest. Bedugul fertile soil also produced abundance of plants and trees, some of them formed rain forests with their wild birds, monkeys, and other creatures.
